What I learned quickly is this: most organizations don’t need more options—they need clarity, guidance, and a partner who understands both the human and financial side of benefits. That’s where I come in.

I work primarily with business owners and HR professionals leading organizations with fewer than 100 employees. My approach is intentionally untraditional for this industry. I’m not a transactional salesperson—I’m a relationship builder. I take the time to understand your goals, your workforce, and your budget so the benefits strategy we design actually works in real life, not just on paper.

As a licensed agency owner and an Agency Partner with The Carolinas Agency, I bring both independence and scale to my clients.
